We offer phone support that has historically solved over 50% of the problems reported on the phone! Our service organization consists of over 36 service engineers with 200 plus years of experience dedicated to maintaining and servicing your equipment. All of our service engineers are factory trained and our manufactures provide excellent factory and part support to keep your equipment producing. We have 18 Haas engineers with service vans stocked with over $2,500,000.00 in parts as we strive to provide our customers with exceptional response times. We have equipped our technicians with laptop computers so they can check your software, run ball bar tests, verify/check parameters, and communicate with the factory/office via wireless technology.
